Responsibilities
- Perform complex tests and procedures aimed at detecting, identifying, and analyzing various medical conditions.
- Work within chemistry, with the potential to cross-train in immunohematology.
- Collaborate effectively in a dynamic lab setting.
- Adhere to protective protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Education: Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.
- Certification: ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification or an equivalent credential required.
- Skills & Expertise: Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail; excellent communication & teamwork; independence & adaptability; ethics & confidentiality.

Pay
- MLT Starts at $28 per hour (plus night shift differential).
- MLS Starts at $34 per hour (plus night shift differential).
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 11:30 pm - 8:00 am.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Stand or sit for extended periods while conducting laboratory testing.
- Lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Distinguish color and pass a vision acuity test in compliance with CAP regulations.

- This role falls under OSHA Category I, meaning tasks involve potential exposure to blood, body fluids, and/or tissues.
- All employees performing these duties are offered the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.
