Key Responsibilities Perform microbiology tests accurately and efficiently in a clinical laboratory setting.Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and quality control procedures.Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.Document test results and communicate findings to healthcare teams.Support laboratory operations to ensure timely and reliable diagnostic services. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Ability to obtain an MLS, MLT, or M-ASCP Scientist in Microbiology credential within six months of employment.Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.Excellent organizational and communication skills.
