Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Lab Technician (MLS, MT, MLT)
About the role
The Medical Technologist role is responsible for independently performing and monitoring laboratory testing of patient specimens and confirms, interprets, correlates, and reports normal and abnormal patient results. They also recognize technical, instrumental, and physiological problems and initiate resolutions. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy, quality control, and required instrument maintenance.

Requirements
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or as a Categorical Technologist (e.g., C, H, MB, BB, M) by a recognized professional organization (e.g., ASCP, AMT) required within six months of start date
- May be asked to work at other sites/locations as needed
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science required.

Pay
Sign on bonuses are available for candidates with less than 2 years of experience ($7,500) and more than 2 years of experience ($15,000). Bonuses are prorated for Part Time or Per Diem positions. Relocation assistance and temporary housing if needed.
