Position Overview
The Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is needed for a per diem role at Stoughton Health's Laboratory. Responsibilities include specimen collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical laboratory results, with oversight responsibilities under the direction of the lab manager and involvement in QA program implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or other Science with one year of clinical training at an approved school
- Prior related experience preferred
- Certification as MLS, MT (ASCP) or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills expected
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
