Role And Responsibilities Perform laboratory testing procedures and operate instrumentation in a high-volume setting.Evaluate specimen acceptability based on quality standards.Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure proper functionality.Prepare, test, and assess new reagents and quality control materials.Accurately document preventive maintenance and quality control activities. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology.At least 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience or MLS degree.Preferred certification: ASCP or AMT.Ability to pass a color blindness test.Proficiency with laboratory information systems and computer skills.Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational abilities.
