About the role
Pride Health is hiring a Med Lab Scientist to support a client's healthcare facility in Vancouver, WA. This is a local contract position for 13 weeks.
Schedule
3rd shift, 8 PM‑6:30 AM, every other weekend; holidays required.
Pay
Pay range: $30‑$36 per hour, based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform testing across hematology, chemistry, and microbiology.
- Review, evaluate, and report laboratory test results accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Education: Associate's degree in Medical Technology
- License(s): None
- Certification(s): ASCP or AMT certification
- Experience: Minimum 2‑3 years of significant hospital laboratory experience
Skills
- Experience in hematology, chemistry, and microbiology
