Responsibilities

• Serving as a technical expert at instrument and platform levels.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving instrument problems.
• Assisting with the evaluation, validation, and implementation of new tests, products, and procedures.
• Interpreting specialized tests and ensuring quality control, proficiency testing, and maintenance are completed.
• Supporting inventory management and participating in employee training.
• Contributing to departmental committees and maintaining current knowledge through educational activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biological, Chemical, Physical, or Clinical Laboratory Science.
• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Science program or relevant certification.
• At least four years of relevant experience preferred.
