Responsibilities
- Execute complex laboratory tests on patient specimens
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Interpret results and provide clinical correlation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Perform proficiency testing and document results
- Assist in the validation of new procedures and equipment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a biological or chemical science
- Preferred certifications in relevant areas such as Blood Banking, Chemistry - ASCP, etc.
