Medical Laboratory Scientist

Role Overview The Medical Technologist, under supervision, applies professional knowledge to perform technical, physical, clerical, and quality assurance tasks within the laboratory. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate laboratory testing and analysis.Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.Maintain proper documentation and clerical duties related to lab operations.Utilize professional judgment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or an equivalent science field, or meet CLIA requirements.Preferred: 1 year of clinical laboratory experience, ideally in a hospital setting.
