The Clinical Lab Professional performs routine and complex testing procedures in a high-volume laboratory setting. Responsibilities Evaluate specimen acceptability and process samples according to standard proceduresOperate, monitor, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentationPerform technical testing with accurate and timely result reportingExecute preventive maintenance, quality control, and reagent evaluationMaintain a safe work environment and manage supply inventory Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical TechnologyAt least one year of clinical laboratory testing experience or MLS degreePreferred: ASCP or AMT certificationAbility to pass a standardized color blindness testProficiency with computers and laboratory information systemsStrong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
