Medical Lab Technician MLT or Medical Lab Scientist MLS - Full Time Evenings

About the role

Full time, Evening Shift. Five 8-hour shifts 2pm-10:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. Medical Lab Techs and Medical Techs perform laboratory and/or phlebotomy testing in support of clinical operations, monitor high‑tech instrumentation, and report results accurately and rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Practices established safety procedures, including Universal Precautions and proper use of safety equipment.
• Performs routine scheduled and specialized maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Teaches laboratory procedures to other Technologists and Technicians.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Technology (required)
• Certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (required)
• Generalist ability to work in all departments
• Experience working in a healthcare field preferred
