Medical Lab Technician II, AAMC Lab, Resource Pool

Minimum Education Requirement:

• Associate degree in a laboratory science, or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution
• Official military medical laboratory procedures course of at least 50 weeks duration and holds/held the military enlisted occupational specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist

Minimum Experience Requirement:

• Relevant experience preferred

License Requirement:

• MLT: ASCP registered or eligible

Physical Requirement/Working Conditions:

• Walking or standing up to eighty percent of the work time
• Subject to frequent changes in priority of duties throughout the day
• Occasional exposure to hazardous materials
