MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Education: Associates Degree
- Experience: One (1) year experience working in a clinical laboratory
- Licensure or Certification: MLT (ASCP) preferred or proof of qualification to sit for examination within 6 months
- Knowledge: Knowledge and experience working with Laboratory Information systems preferred
- Skills: Knowledge of OSHA regulations as it applies to the clinical laboratory
- Knowledge: Knowledge of patient age specific criteria for laboratory testing

- Exposure to bloodborne pathogens requiring the use of personal protective equipment
- Sitting, Standing
- Color vision
- Exposure to infectious disease
- Noise exposure
