Responsibilities
- Schedules for WOW employees include every weekend (Nights - Friday & Saturday, Days - Saturday & Sunday).
- Earns premium pay in addition to competitive hourly rates and shift differential.
- Independently performs, interprets, and correlates clinical laboratory tests to assist physician diagnosis and treatment.
- Performs testing according to policies and procedures.
- Provides clinical laboratory testing expertise, including problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Medical Laboratory Technician: Diploma
- Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT license) within 9 months of hire.
- Medical Laboratory Scientist: Bachelor’s degree
- One of: Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Molecular Biology (MB), Specialist in Microbiology (SM), or Technologist in Microbiology (M) within 9 months of hire.
