About the role

Performs technical, mainly pre-defined tasks for accomplishing defined service delivery work for customer x-ray, c-arm, angiography, and cath lab imaging equipment in the Greenville, SC area.

Shift requirements after onboarding/training: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Service AT/XP equipment in the Greenville, SC area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare Medical Solution instrumentation at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance within your territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management.
• Manage company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as perform necessary administrative duties accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associate Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individually and in an established team setting.
• Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
• 3+ years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to drive independently day and night, and a good driving record required.
• Physical requirements: Lifting 50 lbs (floor to above waist/head), walking, ladder/step stool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, high-reach, fine grasping manipulation, good vision, and ability to work alone.
• Must demonstrate excellent judgment in customer relations and in managing company resources.
• Strong competency in instrument systems technology to include mechanics, electrical, chemistry, and software technology; experience with electronics, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• General understanding of the principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding.

This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver’s license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law).

• Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on medical imaging equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Ability to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as perform necessary administrative duties accurately.
• Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $55,330 - $76,076. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission-eligible position, the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
