About the Role
Provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adult patients in a Medical ICU setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Manage ventilators and titrate medications
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams
- Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and other specialists
- Support patients and families through complex health issues with compassion and effective communication
