Responsibilities

• Develop and execute transformation strategy for Early Medical aligned with R&D objectives
• Build and lead a high-performing, diverse team
• Create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Drive strategic decision-making for early-stage asset development
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to optimize asset development pathways
• Ensure alignment between early asset strategy and overall portfolio objectives
• Drive competitive intelligence and establish strategic partnerships for Clinical Development

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech with progressive leadership roles in Medical Affairs
• Minimum 5+ years of people management experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Previous experience in Clinical Development and/or Medical Studies preferred
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience managing budgets and resources for strategic initiatives

$232,500 – $387,500 annually
