Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality healthcare services to our patient population
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for patient safety and quality care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field
- Current license to practice medicine in the state of California
- Experience in healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passing scores on relevant exams (e.g., USMLE, COMLEX)
- Knowledge of cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse populations
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems

- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
