As a Patient Service Representative, you'll help create a welcoming, person-centered experience for every patient while building trust, connection, and exceptional care from day one. Chapa-De is a non-profit community outpatient health center with a mission to advance the health and well-being of American Indians and low income individuals living in our communities by providing convenient access to high quality, compassionate care. Clinics located in Auburn, CA and Grass Valley, CA.
Responsibilities
- Field inbound calls from patients with professionalism and compassion
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers
- Provide accurate information on services, procedures, and general health inquiries
- Escalate urgent matters to appropriate medical staff promptly and efficiently
Schedule
8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or 9:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Pay
Hourly Pay: $25.00-$26.00
