• Check in and check out patients
• Insurance verifications
• Scheduling
• Reports
• Faxing and scanning
• Support Treatment Adherence
• Registers patient information
• Verifies patient insurance
• Collects patient responsibility at each visit
• Scans and maintains medical documents
• Reconciles and posts charges daily
• Responds to patient requests
• Maintains office
• Orders supplies and manages mail

Willingness to adjust schedule to center needs
Attends all mandatory meetings and in-service education programs
Travels to non-home location centers or other sites for coverage when necessary

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience:

• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of insurance verification
• Healthcare, medical, or dental office administration
