About the role

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Front Desk Representative to join the team at our Salmon Creek clinic.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet patients and their families
Collect co-pays
Obtain and complete insurance information
Answer phone calls
Schedule appointments

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience (preferred)
Experience with Epic (preferred)
Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors
Strong computer keyboarding skills

Benefits

Pay Range: $17.31 - $24.24
Compensation: Hiring range starts at $18.00/hour and goes up based on an evaluation of experience.
