Job Description Medical Front Desk Receptionist Location: Brooklyn, NY Hours: 4/10 Hour Shifts; Mon- Thurs (Between 7:00am-8:00pm) RDO Friday Organization: New York Imaging (NYI) In This Role, You Will Manage daily opening and closing procedures of the officeWelcome patients and visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphereAssist with scheduling, appointment reminders, and co-pay collectionsBuild and maintain patient records in the EMR systemAssist with quality assurance surveys and prevention screeningsProtect patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines We Require High School diploma with at least 1 year of experienceExcellent communication skills and customer service experience What We Offer Starting: $24/hr Benefits: Health Insurance on Day 1, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-term disability, 401k Plan, PTO, 8 paid holidays (2 floating) Join Us Today!
