About the role

This position plays a critical role in our Apricus team, supporting the development and execution of innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and feedback.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
