About the role

This position plays a critical role in our Apricus team, supporting the development and execution of innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or product management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
