Medical Education Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home device demonstrations
• Train patients and caregivers on therapy device usage
• Discuss insurance details
• Address patient questions
• Perform in-person demonstrations and provide telehealth trainings when necessary
• Travel up to 80% within the assigned territory to collaborate with partners, schedule appointments, finalize orders, and ensure patient understanding

• Knowledge of medical devices and insurance processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support patient care
