Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a Medical Doctor to join the Department of Emergency Medicine.

About the role

The successful candidate will provide medical care in the emergency department setting, under the supervision of licensed physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the emergency department setting.
• Assess and manage patients presenting with acute medical conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Requirements

• Current New York State Medical License.
• Completion of an accredited medical residency program.
• Experience in emergency medicine preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
