Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and Assessment: Evaluate patient symptoms, take comprehensive medical histories, and perform physical examinations to diagnose both acute and chronic conditions.
• Treatment Planning: Order, perform, and interpret laboratory tests and medical imaging. Develop, execute, and adjust personalized patient treatment and medication plans.
• Patient Care and Communication: Communicate diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment options to patients and their families compassionately. Provide ongoing follow-up care and guidance on lifestyle choices and preventive care.
• Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate, legally compliant, and updated electronic medical records (EMR) for patient continuity of care and billing.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with nurses, specialists, pharmacists, and medical assistants to ensure comprehensive care.
• Continuous Education: Stay updated with pharmaceutical advancements, medical research, and new treatment protocols.
