What you'll Do

Provide direct patient care within assigned specialty while promoting high-quality, patient-centered services and positive clinical outcomes.

Serve as a clinical leader and resource for providers and care teams, ensuring the delivery of coordinated, evidence-based care across the organization.

Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and best practices.

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies, procedures, protocols, and standards to support continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, coaching, and performance management for assigned providers, including oversight of productivity, documentation, and clinical quality.
  • Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, privileging, retention, and succession planning efforts.
  • Lead and support performance improvement activities, peer review programs, and initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes, patient experience, and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, annual healthcare planning, and the implementation of organizational and regulatory initiatives.
  • Address patient concerns and quality-of-care issues while supporting risk management and professional liability efforts.
  • Facilitate provider meetings, foster communication across clinical teams, and ensure appropriate provider coverage and staffing support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, professional organizations, and healthcare stakeholders to advance Evara Health’s mission and strategic goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to organizational leadership on matters related to clinical services, provider performance, patient care, and healthcare operations.

Required Education & Experience

  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine in accordance with specialty of practice.
  • Completion of internship and/or residency.
  • Licenses, Certification or Registration:
    • Valid Florida Medical License as applicable to specialty of practice.
    • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
    • Valid DEA Certificate (if applicable).
    • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
