About the Role

Pulaski Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced, collaborative Medical Director to lead our AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Pulaski, Wisconsin. This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality medicine, mentorship, and practice growth while continuing to maintain an active clinical caseload. As Medical Director, you'll partner closely with hospital leadership to foster a positive team culture, mentor fellow veterinarians, uphold medical excellence, and help shape the future of our growing practice.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited veterinary school
• Active Wisconsin veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred
• Strong medical and surgical skills
• Passion for mentoring and developing fellow veterinarians
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Collaborative leadership style with a growth mindset
• Commitment to progressive, evidence-based medicine
