About the role

The Medical Director/Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development is responsible for leading clinical development activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive drug development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical development, including study design, execution, and reporting
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare submissions to regulatory authorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical strategies
• Manage relationships with key opinion leaders and regulatory agencies
• Develop and maintain strong scientific expertise in relevant therapeutic areas

Requirements

• MD or PhD degree in a relevant field
• At least 10 years of experience in clinical development or related field
• Proven track record of successful clinical development projects
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and managing clinical trials
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
