Medical Director | Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Vet the quality of clinical knowledge work tasks and model outputs, identifying unsafe or off-guideline recommendations.
• Write high-quality instruction specs and produce golden solutions to clinical problems.
• Design challenging clinical tasks and evaluation sets to build medicine-specific skills and tools.
• Collaborate with client researchers to translate clinical judgment into explicit, teachable criteria.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school with a completed residency in a recognized specialty.
• Have strong relevant experience in post-residency clinical practice.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. state, and board certification in your specialty.
• Genuine specialization in a defined clinical specialty such as internal medicine, oncology, or radiology.
• Hands-on working use of large language models in professional work.

Compensation: $70–$110 per hour • Location: Remote • Commitment: 10–40 hrs/week • Type: Full-time
