Baptist Health PACE is a non-profit organization sponsored by Baptist Health. This program of all-inclusive care is designed to allow participants to remain in their own homes and communities while providing their caregivers with much-needed relief and emotional support.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a board-eligible or board-certified physician trained in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics. The position is employed by Arkansas Health Group, a subsidiary of Baptist Health.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of participant care, clinical outcomes, and the implementation/oversight of the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement program
- Provides primary medical care to participants of the program
- Ensures medical services are provided in compliance with PACE Federal Regulations
- Ensures that the Primary Care and Medical Department operates cost-effectively
- Interfaces with contracted medical providers when quality concerns arise
- Serves as liaison with physician groups, specialists, and hospitals to represent Complete Health with PACE
Work Location and Schedule
The physician will be based at the primary PACE Clinic in North Little Rock and will occasionally conduct patient assessments in homes or nursing home settings as needed. There is also potential for coverage at the Hot Springs PACE clinic. The current Medical Director oversees both locations, and Advanced Practitioner oversight is provided.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, with minimal rotating call expectations.
