We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description (About the role), Key Responsibilities, Requirements/Qualifications (they have both Requirements and Qualifications sections). Also there is "Clinical Practice Requirement" about clinical practice time. There's "Measures of Success". There's "Key Partnerships". There's "Role Definition". There's "Clinical Governance". There's "Clinical Standardization & Care Model Execution". There's "Clinical-Operational Partnership". There's "Key Partnerships". There's "Measures of Success". There's "Clinical Practice Requirement". There's "Role Definition". There's "Clinical Governance". There's "Clinical Standardization & Care Model Execution". There's "Clinical-Operational Partnership". There's "Key Partnerships". There's "Measures of Success". There's "Success In This Role Should Be Reflected In ..." which is measures of success. We need to decide which sections to include. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should combine related content into broader sections like Responsibilities (covering many sub-responsibilities), Requirements/Qualifications (maybe combine), Skills (maybe from qualifications), Benefits/Pay/Schedule only if present. There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule mentioned. There's mention of clinical practice time (0.40 FTE) but not benefits or pay. So we should not create Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections because they are not stated. We need to include About the role (description). Responsibilities (key responsibilities). Requirements (maybe combine qualifications and requirements). Skills (maybe from qualifications). Could also include Clinical Practice Requirement as part of Requirements or as separate? It's a requirement about clinical practice time. Could be part of Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details like reporting to CMO, leading distributed Clinical Lead network, etc. Also include key responsibilities bullet points. Also include qualifications: MD/DO, active unrestricted license in Maryland, Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine, significant experience in primary care, demonstrated experience mentoring/coaching/leading physicians, experience supporting distributed clinical teams, strong communication etc. Also include "Commitment to physician leadership development..." etc. Also include "Clinical Practice Requirement: maintain active clinical practice, approx 0.40 FTE". Also include "Measures of Success" bullet list. Also include "Key Partnerships" list. Also include "Role Definition". Also include "Clinical Governance" etc. But we need to avoid too many sections. Perhaps we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements & Qualifications, Measures of Success, Key Partnerships, Clinical Practice Requirement (maybe part of Requirements). But we need to decide. Given instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine many of those into Responsibilities and Requirements. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can embed details within those sections as lists. Thus we can have:

About the role

We could also include Role Definition but maybe it's covered in About the role. The "Role Definition" paragraph is similar to About the role but more specific. Could incorporate into About the role. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. We must not include application instructions. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include metadata like Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft the HTML. We need to ensure we use

for section headings. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We'll include About the role paragraph(s). Could be two paragraphs but we can combine. Let's write:

    About the role

The Medical Director, Clinical Care & Practice Support is an enterprise physician leader responsible for ensuring that clinicians and care teams have the leadership, standards, workflows, tools and support necessary to consistently deliver high-quality, patient focused care. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the Medical Director leads the organization’s distributed Clinical Lead Network and serves as the primary physician partner to Practice Operations. The role translates enterprise clinical strategy into effective frontline practice, identifies barriers to care delivery and works with cross-functional teams to improve provider effectiveness, access, continuity, care delivery and consistency of practice standards across CloseKnit practices. The Medical Director serves as the primary enterprise physician leader responsible for supporting how clinical and care teams deliver care in day-to-day practice. The role focuses on clinical leadership development, provider engagement, communication, and implementation support while partnering closely with other Medical Directors, operational leaders, and enterprise functions to ensure Clinical Leads and clinicians have the guidance and resources needed to succeed. This position does not own formal provider performance management, corrective action, compensation, quality oversight, or direct practice operations. Those accountabilities remain with the appropriate Medical Director, committee, operational leader, or enterprise function. This role supports, coaches, coordinates, communicates, facilitates, and escalates through established governance pathways.

Then Responsibilities as list. We need to capture each responsibility heading as list items maybe with sub-bullets? But we can just list each responsibility as a list item with the description. We'll produce:
