Medical Director Needed
Our doctors are supported by an experienced, long-tenured team that allows them to focus on what they were trained to do—practice medicine. We are a busy, well-established small animal hospital in western Pennsylvania with decades of loyal clients, strong demand, and a highly trained support staff. Our doctors are not expected to do everything themselves. Our technicians and team members help implement recommendations, educate clients, and keep the day moving efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Practice high-quality small animal medicine

Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Pennsylvania veterinary license (or eligibility)

- $120,000-$260,000+ (Base hourly rate + Commission, no negative accrual)
