Duties
- Recruiting, supervising and evaluating all primary care providers and specialists
- Process improvement focused on clinical care, patient access, staffing, utilization management and patient scheduling
- Assisting in the development, implementation and monitoring of quality improvement and compliance efforts
- Budgeting and strategic planning
Requirements
- Current MA MD/DO License
- Family Physician highly desired
- Board Certified
- 5 years of primary care experience required with experience in community health setting preferred
- Experience in administration, supervision and management of clinical staff including budgeting required

Salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement. When determining actual base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g. location, years of relevant experience, education, training, and other factors as permissible by law). As such, most offers will not be at the top of the salary range.
Schedule
25 days of PTO to start with 11 additional paid Holidays annually.
