Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing evaluations and patient consultations
- Recommend hearing solutions based on patient needs
- Promote and sell hearing care products and services
- Build and maintain patient relationships
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up care
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, healthcare, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to travel between clinic locations
- Active Hearing Instrument Specialist license preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $45,000–$50,000 plus commission
