Schedule
The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., in an hourly position.
We also need to include Work Environment? Not required heading but could be included as a paragraph under About the role? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Work Environment has content: "This role is fully on-site and split approximately 50% between cleanroom/production floor activities and 50% documentation and computer-based work. You work in a small, family-run company culture where collaboration, training, and cross-functional support are highly valued. The organization operates across multiple locations and maintains a close-knit team at the local site, with about 55 colleagues. You can expect a strong focus on training for new hires, opportunities to assist in different areas of the business, and potential for career advancement within the Quality function. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., in an hourly position. Cleanroom and production work may require appropriate gowning or protective attire consistent with regulated manufacturing and sterile processing environments." We already used schedule in its own section; we could incorporate work environment details into About the role or a separate section like "Work Environment". Since we have a schedule section already, we could still have a Work Environment section for the rest. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding Work Environment may be okay if it's substantive. But we already have schedule separate; we could merge schedule into Work Environment. However schedule is a specific heading they listed as possible. We could keep schedule separate and incorporate other work environment details into About the role or a new "Work Environment" section. Let's see: About the role currently only has the first paragraph. We could expand About the role to include work environment details (except schedule). That would keep sections fewer. Let's do that: About the role paragraph includes the description plus work environment details (excluding schedule). Then schedule separate. Thus About the role paragraph: combine: "The Quality Control Technician supports process and product quality by preparing equipment, samples, and materials for testing, conducting environmental monitoring in cleanrooms, and reviewing batch records from production. This role also partners with third-party testing laboratories to prepare devices for sterilization, interpret sterility data, and contribute to investigations of non-conformances. You play a key role in ensuring products meet strict quality and regulatory standards in a dynamic, small-company environment. This role is fully on-site and split approximately 50% between cleanroom/production floor activities and 50% documentation and computer-based work. Cleanroom and production work may require appropriate gowning or protective attire consistent with regulated manufacturing and sterile processing environments." That seems good. Now schedule section separate. Now ensure we removed all boilerplate: Job Title line, Job Description heading, Job Type & Location, Workplace Type, Application Deadline, About Actalent, EEO, etc. Also removed "Pay And Benefits" heading but we kept Pay and Benefits sections. Check for any leftover like "Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN." That's location info; we might want to include location somewhere? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. Location is minor metadata; we could fold into a short p maybe under About the role or separate? But they said we can drop it. However location is substantive? It's location of job. Might be considered minor metadata; we could include a short p after About the role? But they said "fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we could include a short p with location. But we already have many sections; adding a location p may be okay. However they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding a separate location section would be thin. Better to fold location into About the role paragraph as a short sentence. Let's add at end: "The position is based in Saint Paul, MN." That's minor metadata but we can incorporate. Thus About the role paragraph ends with that sentence. Now check for any other minor metadata like "Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN." Also "Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Saint Paul,MN."
