Role Overview: This position involves performing routine and complex laboratory procedures, operating instrumentation, and ensuring accurate test results to support patient care in a hospital laboratory setting. Key Responsibilities Evaluate specimen acceptability and process specimens according to established criteriaPerform technical laboratory functions and proceduresOperate, monitor, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentationDocument quality control procedures and preventive maintenance activitiesReport accurate and timely test results to healthcare teams Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Medical TechnologyCertification from ASCP or AMTAbility to pass standardized color blindness testAt least one year of clinical laboratory experience, preferably in Blood BankStrong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and effective communication
