About the Role
A Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Dermatologist is sought to develop a community-based dermatology practice with an academic affiliation in a new facility located in Troy.
Responsibilities
- Establish and launch dermatology services in an underserved market.
- Practice full-time in a multi-specialty outpatient setting with autonomy.
- Incorporate subspecialty interests based on community needs.
- Utilize support staff, including medical assistants, nurses, and virtual documentation tools.
- Follow an 8 half-day weekly schedule, with a ramp-up period over 1–2 years.
- Hold an academic appointment linked to a major university.
Requirements
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Dermatology.
- Strong interest in community-based practice and program development.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining academic connections.
