Medical Delivery Driver

About the Role

Deliver orthopedic supply kits needed for surgical procedures to hospitals and surgery clinics in the assigned area. The kits support hip, joint, knee, and other surgeries. After procedures, ensure all kit contents are accounted for and return them to the customer’s warehouse for cleaning and sterilization. This role directly impacts patients beginning their healing journey.

Responsibilities

• Select the appropriate kit(s) from the warehouse assigned for delivery.
• Verify that each kit is complete before pickup and after return.
• Deliver kits to hospitals and surgery clinics on time, handling time‑sensitive deliveries.
• Account for all components of the kit after surgeries and return them for cleaning/sterilization.
• Maintain a clean appearance and professional demeanor when interacting with medical staff and other contacts.
• Communicate clearly and promptly, both verbally and in writing.
• Adhere to detail‑oriented processes to avoid delivery errors that could delay surgeries.

Qualifications

• Residence in Mt. Laurel Township, NJ or within a reasonable driving distance.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Fully functioning smartphone.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Professional appearance and conduct in all settings.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and a self‑starter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

Weekly settlements averaging between $800 and $1,200. Higher weekly settlements are available for candidates who have their own cargo or sprinter van. The company can provide a cargo or sprinter van and a gas card, but preference is given to those with their own vehicle.

Schedule

• Weekday Late Morning to Evening route.
• Weekday Afternoon to Late Evening route.
