Medical Delivery Driver

About the role

Route Summary: For this route, you will deliver orthopedic supply kits needed for surgical procedures to hospitals and surgery clinics in the assigned area. These orthopedic kits are needed for hip, joint, knee and other surgeries. Once the surgeries have been completed and kits have been used, you will make sure that all of the contents of the kit have been accounted for and then return them to the customer's warehouse for cleaning and sterilizations. You will make a difference in the lives of those individuals who are starting their journey to healing.

Responsibilities

• Select the appropriate kit(s) from the warehouse assigned for delivery.
• Ensure kit(s) are complete upon pickup.
• Deliver kits to hospitals and surgery clinics in the assigned area.
• After surgery, verify that all components of the kit are accounted for upon pickup.
• Return used kits to the customer's warehouse for cleaning and sterilization.
• Maintain attention to detail to avoid incorrect kit delivery that could cause surgery delays.
• Communicate effectively (written and verbal) for time‑sensitive deliveries.
• Maintain a clean appearance and act professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Live in Latham, NY or a surrounding area.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Own a cargo or sprinter van.
• Have a fully functioning smartphone.
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED.

Pay

Weekly Settlements averaging between $1200 to $1600 depending on the route.

Schedule

Available Routes: Weekday Morning to Evening.
