About The Role
Every day, you will interact with donors and collect high-quality plasma that becomes life-changing medicines. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
- Screen new and repeat donors, record donor vital signs, and document finger stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company-approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasionally lift materials up to 32 lbs., and rarely up to 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1), 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear.
Qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Pay
Starting hourly wage: $16.00 (actual wage offered may vary based on state or local minimum wage requirements).
Schedule
Part-time, with shifts typically lasting 4 to 6 hours per day, 3+ days per week. Schedule flexibility and open communication about changes are prioritized.
