Medical Collections Rep

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Handling inbound/outbound phone calls
• Helping consumers or commercial entities resolve open accounts receivable
• Responding to correspondence
• Utilizing professional judgment on account work standards, payment, payment plans, etc.

MIN EXPERIENCE:

• -6mths+ customer service experience
• -Must have immaculate organizational skills
• -High attention to detail
• -Medical collections a plus

REQUIRED:

• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and decision making skills
• Good computer skills
• Positive attitude towards industry
