About the role

The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) is seeking a Medical Coding & Billing Instructor / Externship Coordinator to support and mentor students as they prepare for rewarding careers in healthcare.

Qualifications

One of the following certifications is required:

• CBCS – Certified Billing and Coding Specialist
• CPC – Certified Professional Coder
• CCS – Certified Coding Specialist

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of Medical Coding and Billing experience
• No prior teaching experience is required — we provide support and training for instructors transitioning from the field
