Medical Coder | $50/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic, complex scenarios from healthcare practice areas.
• Build supporting records for healthcare operations tasks.
• Author and evaluate tasks used to train AI agents.
• Engage in medical coding, prior authorization, and revenue cycle operations.
• Conduct claims and billing, regulatory compliance, and payer-side operations.

Requirements

• Strong relevant experience in a healthcare administrative or back-office role.
• Direct experience with payer portals, EHR platforms, and coding tools.
• Ability to construct complex problems and manage exceptions and disputes.
