Responsibilities
- Manage medical case files for workers' compensation claims
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely treatment and follow-up
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all medical case activities
- Communicate with clients and their employers regarding case status and progress
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting workers' compensation claims
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, social work, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
