About the role
Responsible for managing workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely and accurate claims processing.
Responsibilities
- Review and process medical claims in accordance with insurance guidelines.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely provision of necessary medical services.
- Communicate with clients and adjusters to resolve disputes and provide updates on case status.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay
