About the role
The ideal candidate will manage complex workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely and accurate claims processing while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve workers' compensation claims from initial submission through final settlement
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Prepare and submit required documentation for claim approval
- Monitor case status and provide regular updates to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation claims management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience with electronic case management systems

Schedule
