About the role
Responsible for managing workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely and accurate claims processing, and providing support to injured employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve workers' compensation claims efficiently
- Communicate with employers, insurance companies, and injured employees to ensure compliance and resolution
- Provide support and guidance to injured employees to facilitate their return to work
- Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with company policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
