Medical Case Manager - Workers' Compensation

Responsible for managing workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely and accurate claims processing, coordinating with insurance providers, and providing support to injured employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process workers' compensation claims efficiently
• Communicate with insurance providers and employers to resolve issues
• Support injured employees in returning to work safely
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in workers' compensation or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
